The Skills, Empowerment & Income Support Program is designed to break the cycle of dependency by equipping elderly persons, their caretakers, and dependents with the skills, resources, and confidence they need to generate sustainable incomes. Beyond providing care, we believe in empowering beneficiaries to take control of their lives, contribute economically, and regain a sense of dignity and independence. This program integrates skills training, small-scale enterprise support, savings culture, and intergenerational learning to create resilient households and stronger communities.
