Core Program Areas & Key Activities

Direct Care & Support

addresses the immediate and practical needs of elderly persons and their dependents, particularly those living in vulnerable conditions. Many of our elderly beneficiaries face isolation, inadequate nutrition, poor housing, limited mobility, and lack of access to healthcare. This program ensures they receive compassionate, consistent, and life-enhancing care that restores dignity and improves their quality of life. By providing hands-on assistance, we bridge the gap between urgent needs and long-term well-being, while fostering a sense of belonging and community.

Skills, Empowerment & Income Support

Program is designed to break the cycle of dependency by equipping elderly persons, their caretakers, and dependents with the skills, resources, and confidence they need to generate sustainable incomes. Beyond providing care, we believe in empowering beneficiaries to take control of their lives, contribute economically, and regain a sense of dignity and independence. This program integrates skills training, small-scale enterprise support, savings culture, and intergenerational learning to create resilient households and stronger communities.

Advocacy-awareness.

Advocacy & Awareness

focuses on promoting the rights, inclusion, and welfare of elderly persons through public education, policy engagement, and caregiver training. Many elderly individuals face neglect, discrimination, and inadequate services due to societal attitudes and policy gaps. By raising awareness, influencing decision-makers, and strengthening caregiving standards, we create an enabling environment where elderly persons are respected, protected, and actively included in community life.

Social Emotiona-Well-being

Social & Emotional Well-being

Program is dedicated to nurturing the mental, emotional, and spiritual health of elderly persons. Many of our beneficiaries experience loneliness, grief, and a loss of social connection, which can significantly impact their quality of life. This program provides opportunities for social interaction, recreational activities, cultural engagement, and counseling, ensuring that elderly persons feel valued, connected, and supported in every stage of life.

Target Beneficiaries

Elderly Persons in Vulnerable Conditions

Individuals aged 65 years and above who face poverty, neglect, poor health, inadequate shelter, or social isolation.

Includes those with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or without family support to meet their basic needs.

Caretakers of Elderly Persons

Family members, neighbors, or community volunteers who provide daily care to elderly persons.

Many caretakers lack adequate training, financial resources, and emotional support, making them a vital focus for empowerment and capacity building.

Dependents under the Care of Elderly Persons

Children, grandchildren, or other dependents who live under the care of elderly guardians.

These dependents often face challenges such as lack of school fees, poor nutrition, and limited access to basic necessities, especially when their elderly caretakers are unable to work.

Communities with Limited Access to Elderly Care Services

Rural and underserved areas where elderly care services are scarce or non-existent.

We work to create awareness, build community-based care structures, and introduce interventions that promote inclusion, dignity, and protection for elderly persons.

Our Approach

We believe in a hands-on, community-based approach that combines immediate relief with long-term sustainability. By addressing both the physical and economic needs of our beneficiaries, we create pathways to improved health, resilience, and self-sufficiency.

Expected Impact

Through our interventions, elderly persons will enjoy better health, secure shelter, and a restored sense of dignity. Caretakers will gain economic independence, and communities will be more inclusive, resilient, and compassionate towards older persons.
